To qualify for the opportunity you will need to meet the following criteria:Minimum age 26 years Minimum height of 162cm Ability to swim at least 25m unaided in open water, without a flotation device No visible tattoos Weight proportionate to height Educated to a minimum level of accredited secondary education or equivalent Must have a high standard of English; verbal, written and comprehension. Fluency in another language is an advantage Medically fit to meet regulatory requirements Junior F&B Manager, F&B Supervisor or Assistant Manager in 5-star hotel properties
Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager, Sommelier, Maitre d', Sous Chef or Head
waiter in high-end recognized restaurants
Executive Chefs with F&B experience
Sky Chefs or equivalent with F&B background and/or service industry across all functions, with a detailed knowledge of food cooking and preparation.
Cabin Crew experience is an asset
