Posh" Airplane Toilet Includes Bidet
Oman Air is offering a luxury bathroom for its first class customers, complete with a bidet and flooring that looks like a sandy beach.
The airline received the new A330-300 plane with the "poshest plane toilet in the world" last week, according to a story by HotelierMiddleEast.com, and the company boasts that it is the only bathroom of its kind in the skies. But soon they'll be more; Oman Air has three additional planes that have the "posh" new bathroom on order at $100 - $150 million apiece, the story said.
The first class cabin also offers an 82-inch long, fully-flat bed, wide seats with an eight-point massage system, a 23-inch in-flight entertainment monitor with wireless handset and USB, Ethernet and power plugs, the story said. There is also a sofa at the front of the plane for first class passengers to socialize.
