Shuttle Cabin Crew shall be responsible for maintaining approved standards of safety in the aircraft cabin. This shall include all applicable requirements from the Federal Aviation Regulations, Candadian Aviation Regulations, the Canadian Business Aircraft Association, Transport Canada F/A Standards & Training, the Bombardier Aircraft Operations Manual, the Standard Operating Procedures and the Flight Attendant Manual. Shuttle Cabin Crew shall be responsible for conducting in-flight service, and any additional requirements (such as pre and post-flight paperwork) to the highest possible standard. Shuttle Cabin Crew shall successfully complete initial training and then maintain currency on assigned aircraft type with regard to successful completion of annual training and documentation.

Qualifications

Associate's Degree. Proficient in English. Multi-lingual in French and/or Spanish Desirable. Self starter able to work with little supervision. Work well with senior executives; strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Communicate with other team members and supervisors in a clear, friendly, honest and timely manner. Conduct themselves in accordance with the published Bombardier Code of Ethics and Behavior. Efficient time management. Work as a team player. Physical requirements: minimum height 5'2", maximum height 6'0" with weight in proportion to height. Able to lift 45 pounds.
