Position: Executive, Cabin Crew (Administration & Operations)

Duties:
· Monitor and evaluate crew performance, including
evaluation for confirmation of appointment and promotion

· Enforce crew discipline and crew counseling

· Maintain and update crew data and relevant
information

· Administer cabin crew uniforms and accessories

· Provide administrative support in terms of visa
applications, permits, crew member certificates, passport
renewal and relevant documents

· Administer crew disciplinary, welfare and
operational matters

· Co-ordinate with other departments in processing
passengers’ feedback (complaints/ compliments)

· Participate in the selection of crew for promotional
and advertising assignments

· Process and follow up on flight reports, liaise
closely on day-to-day operations and on the necessary
crew documentation processing

· Forecast and plan on manpower requirements.
Accomplish crew utilization to the maximum with minimum
disruption

· Liaise with the rostering department for manpower
requirements, cabin crew subsistence, and assignment /
re-assignment of cabin crew for flight duties, special
assignments, etc.

· Ensure fair distribution of flight duties and
allowances through scheduling

· Administer crew annual leave, medical leave, duty
swaps, etc.

· Follow up on the clearance for resignations and
exit interviews

· Develop and monitor cabin crew productivity
indicators

· Collate, analyze and consolidate statistical data or
reports

· Allocate crew mailboxes/ e-mail accounts, etc.

· Plan, organize, communicate and co-coordinate
activities between cabin crew and Headquarters

· Process/ distribute/ follow up with flight reports by
cooperating with concerned parties

Requirements:
· A minimum of 10 years’ airline-related
experiences and 5 years of which in supervisory role

· Experienced in planning, organization and control
of office administration

· Demonstrated leadership, relationship
management and change management experience

· Ability to prioritize and manage resource allocation

· Ability to coach, motivate and develop others

· Outstanding communication skills and
professional work ethic

· Good command of spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Chinese and an additional language will be
an advantage

· Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
