Duties:
· Manage and monitor cabin crew’s performance
and development

· Responsible for cabin crew performance
procedures and standards

· Design and develop cabin crew performance
progress manual

· Plan and organize performance evaluation, as well
as to implement performance procedures and policies in
accordance to requirements

· Coordinate with instructors on crew performance

· Review performance to identify areas for
improvement

· Delegate responsibilities of checks/ assessors for
cabin crew assessment

· Research and benchmark trends for improvement

· Form and monitor project teams’ development and
effectiveness

· Benchmark our service quality with other airlines

· Conduct audit flight to monitor service procedures
and standards

· Plan and liaise with the rostering team on
supernumerary flight duties for new and promoted cabin
crew

Requirements:

· A minimum of 10 years’ airline-related
experiences and 5 years of which in supervisory role,
preferably with an international airliner

· Bachelor degree holder or above

· Experienced in planning, organization and control
of performance functions

· Demonstrated leadership, relationship
management and change management experience

· Ability to coach, motivate and develop others

· Ability to work with minimum supervision

· Outstanding communication skills and
professional work ethic

· Good command of spoken and written English.
Proficiency in Chinese and an additional language will be
an advantage

· Proficient in computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
