Position: Program Manager – Inflight
Description: CommutAir, d/b/a Continental Connection is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Program Manager – Inflight based in Cleveland OH. CommutAir is a small regional Airline operating as Continental Connection in the Midwest and Northeast of the US. This position reports to the Director of Training.

Responsibilities:
- Development and Implementation of training material and courses for Flight Attendant training, both initial and recurrent
- Update and maintain manuals and bulletins
- Ensure compliance with all applicable FAA regulations
- Training and implementing curriculum for instructor qualification
- Establish monthly training schedules

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Legal authorization to work in the US
- Excellent computer skills, especially MS Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to speak and write English fluently
- Teaching experience in a classroom setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Aviation experience preferred
- Ability to work in a highly regulated environment
- Ability to get qualified as Flight Attendant
- Must pass background check and pre-employment drug test
