Manager Cabin Crew Training

The Manager Cabin Crew Training position plays a critical
role within the Cabin Services department to manage the
Service Training of our Award Winning five star Cabin
Crew. The person will be responsible to;

· Design, develop and deliver exceptional training
courses to maintain our exceptional Cabin Crew.
· Manage, develop and oversee leadership training
courses at all levels to include future leaders within our
team of junior and senior Cabin Crew.
· Ensure every member of the Cabin Crew are fully
equipped to inspire and support their teams on-board to
continue to achieve extraordinary results at 40,000 feet.
· Prepare detailed scope of works and specifications,
including performance specifications required for the
group of Instructors and the Training team.

To join our 5-star team in this role you will need the
following skills and experience;

· Must have a Bachelor's Degree focusing in Human
Resources, Organisational or Leadership Development is
an advantage.
· 6-8 yrs of experience in Training Management
(specifically in the Airline field), would be an advantage.
· Exposure to running training and identifying needs.
· Excellent leadership skills and the ability to motivate
a team towards outstanding results.
· Ability to work effectively with diverse clients at all
levels in a large, complex organization, as well as the
ability to work with Executives and Senior Leadership.
· Strong business acumen with the ability to translate
requirements into practical, scalable solutions.
· Excellent English language and communication
skills are essential.
